Synopsis
Why choose to be one superhero when you can be 10? Ben Tennyson is living every kid's fantasy when he stumbles upon a strange, watch-like gadget that possesses supernatural powers. The 'Omnitrix' gives Ben the ability to transform into any one of 10 different aliens, each with their own unique strengths and weaknesses. Changing guises as often as most kids change their socks, Ben assumes the freakish forms of Ghostfreak, Heatblast, Wildmutt, XLR8, and multi-limbed mutant Fourarms (as well as several other alien incarnations). Though Ben mainly uses the watch's powers for good, he cannot help but have a little mischievous fun with it along the way! Presented here in its entirety is the debut series of this clever and imaginative Cartoon Network show.

Keeping 9year old boys quiet
I was so sick and tired of whatching Ben 10 on sky, but I was even more annoyed at my 9 year old son keep changing the channels over. The DVD's arrived really quickly and now he can watch the episodes in order and as many times as he likes! One of the best DVD box set's I have bought and cheaper then HMV. Thanks Amazon

Not for 4 year olds
Ben 10 - Season 1 - Complete [DVD]
We had not seen the programme on TV so these DVDs were our first viewing. I purchased them for my son who is not quite 4 and while he likes them, I feel he is too young for the series. The "superheros" that Ben changes into could be scary for some children as are the villians he fights. I have also noticed a change in my son's behaviour and language as a result of watching these.

My 3 year old loves it
I'm glad I have bought the whole season. Buying the DVDs separately would have been more expensive, and at least their are 13 episodes, so at least I'm not going to know the words off by heart too quickly! This set includes Volume's 1 - 3, so as this is described as the complete season, I am not sure what the Volume 4 I saw on Amazon a couple of nights ago is?!!
